Emergence is the process of awakening for humanity! Awakening is a rebirth! It comes with great pain and struggle as we press our wings against the thick webbing of the cocoon.

Before we come into this world we must die to the old form and retreat into darkness, into the womb of transformation. It is here we confront the ego illusion, a world created from our fear, our pain, our sense of inadequacy and worthlessness.

It is here we confront our relationship with possessions and the things of this world.

We take Innana's journey through the seven gates into the underworld and as we pass through each gate we shed another skin, another belief, another attachment!

Finally when we arrive empty handed into Hades, the shadow we had so long been running from consumes us taking our final attachment, our attachment to physical form.

We peel out of our caterpillar skins that contained our limited perspective. We surrender to the darkness, the process of death as we let go of who we once were.

We let go of our belief that we are what we do, what we drive, where we live, who we affiliate with, and we return to the void, death of the ego!

Now we don't know who we are anymore! We are no-thing! Finally! The surrender!

We meet the Goddess there in the underworld! She is the complete union of the darkness and the light! She is the energy of fertility, gestation and rebirth!

In the womb of creation we are conceived of a new energy. We are gifted with wings and we are born again to fly, far above the world we once knew!

The Goddess has given us the perspective of the God Force and we are able to see that we are one organism. Each of us who survive within this organism has an important role. As the old organism dies, which is eminant for an old form, the new begins to emerge.

We have the awareness that we are creating the new world with our thoughts, our focus, our belief and our visions.

We no longer cling to the old ways and try to save that which is passing away, we simply allow it to fall.

Like the serpent who sheds its skin he simply leaves it behind and moves forward in his new skin. For the serpent this is part of the process of transformation which is life. He doesn't hold on to what is falling away, nor does he look back and long for what was. He simply allows the skins to fall and be absorbed back into the earth.

Emergence is the process of rebirth that happens at the end of a long transformational journey. 

In my work not only have I experience my own emergence but I have had the privilege of witnessing and guiding many women through death, the dark night of the soul, and finally rebirth into the light.  We are in a time of great upheaval on our planet where the old patriarchal systems are collapsing and the Goddess (feminine face of God) is emerging.  The rising up of the Goddess can be seen individually as many women and men step into their power and live a life authentic and on purpose.  It can also be seen collectively as the feminine soul rises up in the collective consciousness of mankind.

Emergence captures the energy of this powerful transition on our planet as we ascend to a higher level of conscious awareness. 

The 2012 portal is opening and it invites us to walk through.  It invites us to surrender to our own emergence.

There are so many different ideas and theories about this time. Some are scientifically based, some are religious or spiritual prophecy and others are simply beliefs formed from an accumulation of information. Whatever 2012 is there is no question that it is a transitional time for our planet and it will have an effect on each and everyone of us. Whether it is just another Y2K that comes and goes without a hitch or whether we are preparing ourselves for one of the biggest events in our history, is yet to be seen. There are more and more books and films coming out about 2012. Some are based on doom and gloom and others believe we are transitioning into the Golden Age of Enlightenment.

As an artist and intuitive I have formed my beliefs based on inner guidance and knowing. I feel we are truly going through a portal, a time of great transition for humanity. This transition is calling upon all members of humanity to look within, to discover the truth of who they are and bring that truth out onto the stage of life. There are some who will ignore the call but many are already following it. Because the time is now. We are in the process of the birth of a new humanity. We are going through the shift right now.

The shift that I talk of is the emergence of the new human. It is our awakening from our ego centered sleep and realizing what is truly important in life. We are awakening from our material focused slumber where we have been hypnotically moving through life as if in a trance, following a program of societal conditioning. As we awaken we throw out that old programming and re-write our scripts to include a deeper connection with ourselves and with each other. We are realizing our own power, our true potential to heal, to create and prosper as a species.

We are also realizing that we are one with our surroundings, not separate from it. We are all part of nature and must live in harmony with her and with all of her creatures. We have not been given domination of the planet, but rather dominion which is very different. Dominion means we are to be the caretakers of the planet and assure her health and survival. But we have done a very poor job of this due to our ego centered need to control nature. We have possessed the land and her resources. We have warred against our fellow man for profit and gain, we have destroyed our natural environment and enslaved her creatures. We have created poisons for our food and medicines that do more harm than good and we have succeeded in convincing the people that this way of life is somehow good for them.

As we awaken we discover the truth! We wake from the dream of ignorance, enslavement and destruction. We step fully into our purpose for being here and create a new world with the power we have been given. The time is now! This is the age of our awakening! This is our emergence!

The music coming through me now captures the emergence into the “new age” of enlightenment. It is the soundtrack for our awakening as a new human which includes the integration of the divine feminine. The songs are all channeled pieces brought through me by something much greater than myself. I opened myself to the energy that is available to each one of us and I allowed the energy of this emergence to sing through me.

There are no words, no lyrics! This is all chanting in the universal language of sound and light.
